We provide Color and Type 2 Titanium Anodizing, Lined Spinal Rod Processing, Type II and Type III (Hardcoat) Aluminum Anodizing, as well as Chemical Conversion Coating, Electropolishing, Passivation, Low Friction Chrome Coating, Laser Etch, Epoxy Paint, Deep Image Graphics and HA^nano Surface processing. While medical devices are our specialty, we are also Nadcap accredited and ITAR compliant and capable of serving customers in a variety of industries.

Since 1971, Danco Anodizing has been meeting the needs of many diverse industries for technically superior surface treatments of machined parts, castings, extrusions, and sheet metal products. Danco Medical was originally established as Danco Anodizing (Warsaw, IN) in 2001. In December 2021 Lincotek Group acquired a majority stake in the Warsaw facility.  Danco Medical will continue to provide a complete technical solution portfolio for its entire customer base.

In addition to our current 36,000 square foot facility, we will be opening a second 25,000 square foot building in 2024, focusing on automated processing of Aluminum Anodizing Type II, Type III Hardcoat, and Deep Image Graphics, which is the industry leading graphics process used on orthopedic delivery systems.
